1. Description of service
SolutionGigs is a free online file conversion tool that converts audio, video, and image files using open-source processing engines (FFmpeg, Pillow). The Service is provided "as is" at no cost to users.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use SolutionGigs only for lawful purposes. You must not upload or convert files that:
- Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violate copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties
- Contain child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content
- Are intended to harm, defame, or harass any individual or group
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
3. File uploads and deletion
Files you upload to SolutionGigs are retained solely for the purpose of performing the conversion and providing the download. All uploaded and converted files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload. We do not review file contents beyond what is required for processing.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to files you upload. By uploading a file, you represent that you have the right to convert that file and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights. SolutionGigs does not claim ownership of any files you upload.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, error-free, or that conversion results will meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolutionGigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or files. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed zero dollars ($0), as the Service is provided free of charge.
7. Service availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
8. File size and rate limits
We impose a maximum file upload size of 500 MB per file to ensure fair usage for all users. We reserve the right to apply rate limits to prevent abuse of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
