Then our engine scores every segment boundary: long silences score high, new vocabulary (Jaccard similarity shift) scores high, and transition phrases like "now let's" or "moving on to" score high. The top-scoring boundaries become chapter breaks. Chapter titles are generated using TF-IDF keyphrase extraction — words that are unique to that section are surfaced as the title.

Yes. For longer videos the algorithm targets more chapters (up to 14). Processing time scales with video length — a 30-minute video typically takes 2–4 minutes. Maximum file size is 500 MB.
No. Upload your local video file directly — the tool processes your file privately on our server. The chapters are output as plain text you can paste into YouTube Studio before or after publishing.
Your file is processed on our dedicated server — never sent to any third party. The file is permanently deleted within 1 hour. We do not store, analyse, or retain your content.
Whisper auto-detects the language and supports 90+ languages. Chapter title generation works best for English content. For other languages, titles may be in the source language or fall back to keyword extraction.
