1. Information we collect
SolutionGigs does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the service. We do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information through normal use of the converter tools.
The only data we process are the files you upload for conversion. These files are stored temporarily on our servers solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion and making the output available for download.
2. How we use your files
- Your uploaded file is received by our server and passed to FFmpeg or Pillow for processing.
- The converted output file is stored temporarily so you can download it.
- Both the original uploaded file and the converted file are permanently deleted within 1 hour of upload, regardless of whether you downloaded the result.
- We do not read, analyse, or inspect the content of your files beyond what is technically necessary to perform the conversion.
- We do not share, sell, or transfer your files to any third party.
3. Cookies and tracking
SolutionGigs does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not track you across websites. No cookies are set that identify you personally.
We may use basic server-side access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) to monitor server health, detect abuse, and troubleshoot errors. These logs are retained for a maximum of 7 days and are not used to build user profiles.
4. Third-party services
We do not embed third-party advertising or social tracking scripts. Our service runs entirely on our own dedicated server infrastructure. No user data is sent to external analytics or advertising platforms.
5. Data security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2/1.3 (HTTPS). Our servers are protected by firewall rules limiting access to necessary ports only. File storage directories are not publicly accessible — files are only served through authenticated download links.
6. Children's privacy
SolutionGigs is a general-purpose utility service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
