Reporting a bug
Tell us which tool, the file format and rough size, what you expected, and what happened instead. Any error message on screen is the single most useful thing you can paste.
Suggesting a converter
We support 65+ conversions and are always adding more. Say which formats you need and what you are using it for — the use case is usually what decides the order we build them in.
Privacy and data requests
To see, correct or erase what we hold about you — including anything copied from a connected Google or Atlassian Jira account — write from the email on your account and say which. Disconnecting an integration in Solvi erases its token and profile details immediately; a full account deletion covers everything else. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
