One gig = one meeting summarized by AI. When you upload a recording and generate the AI summary (action items, decisions, topics), that uses 1 gig. Transcription alone does not consume gigs — gigs are only counted when the AI analysis runs.
Your 60 free gigs reset on the 1st of every calendar month at midnight UTC. Unused gigs don't roll over — each month you start fresh with 60.
You'll see a clear message when you hit your limit. You can still upload files and get transcriptions — just not AI summaries. Upgrade to Starter or Pro to continue generating summaries immediately, or wait until the 1st for your free gigs to reset.
Yes. Audio files are deleted from our servers within 1 hour on all plans. Transcripts are sent to Groq's API for summary generation — Groq's terms prohibit using API data for model training. We never store, share, or sell your meeting content. Meeting history (Starter/Pro) stores only the text summaries, not your original audio.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your profile page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days.
