Your role As our CMO Partner Manager (all genders), you will serve as the strategic interface between our internal teams (R&D, Quality, Operations) and external manufacturing partners. You will own your product categories end-to-end - securing product availability, driving cost efficiency, and leveraging external manufacturing intelligence to spark innovation within our supply chain.
Drive Security of Supply: Guarantee product availability and eliminate stockouts through proactive risk management, robust capacity planning, and flawless data tracking (ETAs).
Manage & Scale Partner Networks: Continuously screen the market for new manufacturing capabilities, onboard strategic CMO partners, and manage day-to-day partner operations.
Optimize TCO & Commercials: Build deep market insight into raw material and manufacturing costs to negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Drive Launch Execution: Direct New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept to market launch, ensuring cross-functional and partner alignment to meet project timelines.
Champion Quality & Efficiency: Hold partners accountable to strict delivery reliability (OTIF) and swift quality resolution (CAPA), while bringing external best practices back to internal operations.
Your profile Background & Experience: 5+ years in strategic procurement, category management, or contract manufacturing (CMO) - ideally in dietary supplements, FMCG, food, or pharma. Experience in complex batch manufact
